"Prices felt reasonable"
The prices seemed mostly fair to me. I’ve paid more for similar stuff in the past, so overall this felt like a reasonable deal

I tried getting help with an issue that should’ve been covered under warranty, it felt like I was just being passed from person to person. Responses took forever and nobody ever gave me a straight answer. I’m still stuck dealing with the same problem, so I wouldn’t buy from them again if warranty support is important to you.

"Instructions made this way harder than it needed to be"
I bought this from kingerhome.com, and the assembly instructions were terrible. The pictures were tiny, some steps seemed like they were missing, and a few parts weren’t labeled correctly. Every time I thought I had it figured out, it felt like the goalposts moved and I had to backtrack or guess what they actually meant. It took way longer than it should have and turned into a frustrating experience.

I tried to place an order, but the payment kept failing and my cart emptied twice. I get that glitches happen, but it doesn’t feel fair to make customers start over after they’ve already taken the time to shop. After the second time, I just gave up

I ordered from kingerhome.com thinking the higher price would mean it felt a bit more premium. It does look nice from a distance, haha, but once I got closer and actually handled it, it felt kind of cheaper than I was expecting.
Delivery was fine and there weren’t any major issues there. I just don’t really feel like the quality matches the price, and I’ve seen similar items elsewhere for less.

"Something just feels off"
I wanted to like it, but something feels off with this. It’s not comfortable at all and started feeling stiff quickly. After using it for a bit, it felt kind of cheap, and my back started hurting sooner than I expected. I thought it would be better, but I wouldn’t buy it again.

"Color was a little different than expected"
I ordered this from kingerhome.com and, I mean, the item itself is totally fine. Nothing wrong with it quality-wise. But the color just wasn’t quite what I thought it would be from the photos. In person it looks a bit duller and kind of darker, which threw me off a little. Not the end of the world, but if you’re trying to match it with other things in your home, I’d keep that in mind. Shipping was okay too, so overall I’d say 3 stars feels fair.

I tried using the site, but it was frustrating. The pages barely loaded right, and I kept feeling like I was being bounced around without actually getting anywhere. It should be way easier to use than this.

so I had a frustrating experience with the replacement process. I sent over everything they asked for, but after that the replies were really slow and I never got a clear update on what was happening. It felt like I had to keep chasing them just to move things along. For something as simple as a replacement, it ended up being way more hassle than it should’ve been.

"Looked cheap, fell apart fast"
I picked up a small shelf thinking it would be fine for a simple setup, but the material felt flimsy right out of the box. After just a few weeks, the edges started peeling and one of the panels cracked near the screw, even though I never moved it around or put anything heavy on it. For the price, I expected it to hold up way better. Customer service just gave me one of those canned “sorry for the inconvenience” replies, which was annoying and didn’t help at all. Definitely wouldn’t buy this again.

"I requested a refund and it did eventually..."
I requested a refund and it did eventually come through, so that part was fine. It just took longer than I was expecting, and I had to follow up once, which made me a little nervous since I like to keep a close eye on anything involving payments. In the end, everything worked out, but I would’ve felt better if the process was faster or had clearer updates along the way

I tried to return my order and the whole process has been a headache. The wording on the site made it sound like returns would be simple, but that hasn’t been my experience at all. Replies have been slow, and I still don’t have a clear update on when I’m actually getting my refund.

"Am I missing something, or was the hardware pack incomplete?"
I got my order and started putting it together, but the hardware pack definitely seems incomplete. Am I missing something here? A few screws and bolts weren’t in the box, so I had to stop halfway through. Now it’s just sitting there unfinished, which is frustrating for something that should’ve been simple

The order was okay overall and the item itself looks nice, but it showed up with a dent on one corner and the box was beat up too. I’m guessing it just wasn’t packed well enough for shipping, haha. Customer service did get back to me, though it took a little while. Not the worst experience, but not exactly the best first order either
